How clear are you of your goals? What will fantastic success look like by end of month? Is everyone on your team clear about what fantastic success will look like by end of the month? Is everyone clear with what their roles and responsibilities are with respect to achieving this success? From my experience traveling around the globe and working with many organizations, these are not always clear for many within the organizations. When people are not clear on their goals, roles and responsibilities, the focus is weak and distractions are plenty.
