Listen to Feedback

What you resist most can be your biggest breakthrough.
Whenever you want to resist on some feedback you have received, don't. Instead, keep an open mind and reflect on the feedback deeply, even though you may not agree with it initially.
Ask these questions: If the feedback is actually true, will I benefit from improving on my shortfall? Do I have anything to lose by reflecting on the feedback? Am I taking the feedback personally (ego), or as a stepping stone to either reinforce what I do or make me better?
If you do not resist feedback, especially negative or constructive, as it can actually turn out to really benefit you.
